At the original meeting to survey the work, Ross was punctual and he took time to discuss and explain the options.
The written quotation was timely and clearly itemised.
The installation was made on the agreed date and all four windows were installed as agreed in the one day.
The installation team were diligent, attending to detail and ensuring, on completion, that the workplace was tidied and cleaned.
In short, I am delighted with the completed work and I am equally delighted with the competitive price.

Oh my goodness! I am delighted with the work done today to get my bifold doors working. It turned out that they had never been installed correctly and therefore had never worked! I am delighted to say that they are now working smoothly and perfectly. The service was second to none including cleaning up everything afterwards, never stopping (despite several offers of a cuppa), and arriving exactly when they said they would. I would highly recommend this company!

Amazing service, from the moment I called and they picked up the phone. Called back when they said they would with quote (very competitive and very quick in coming back to me), came to visit and measured up to make sure would fit perfectly (timely and friendly) and arrived to fit when they said they would. Quality of the bifolds are lovely, fitting was seamless, tidy and friendly (but professional).
